Description
The pride of our company, obtained from olives coming only from our estates and grown exclusively according to the directives of Organic Agriculture.
The main protagonist is the Carolea, queen of the Calabrian territory, together with her, the cultivars take part in the blend: Leccino, Nocellara Messinese and Biancolilla.
The olives are harvested in the months of September and October by hand and with the help of mechanical harvesters. The result is a medium-intense fruity oil with marked vegetable scents on the nose and a well-present spicy and bitter taste.
