Carolea, leccino, biancolilla and frantoio are the varieties that make up the blend of the Classico organic extra virgin olive oil. The olives coming only from our estates, from olive trees grown exclusively according to the directives of organic farming, are harvested in the months of October, November and December by hand and with the help of mechanical harvesters. The result is a medium fruity oil, with an elegant and well balanced bitterness, not too present. Delicate spicy notes
