Rustic sauce with whole cherry tomatoes, prepared with “ ricotta forte ”, a typical fermented Apulian ricotta, which gives the sauce a savory and intense flavor.

Slowly sautéed onion and slow cooking. Dense and pulpy, it is ideal for seasoning 2/3 portions of pasta.
